Drapolene^® Derma Cream helps prevent, treat and soothe adult urinary dermatitis (AUD), an inflammation of the skin caused by prolonged contact with urine, often associated with incontinence. Its antiseptic formulation helps protect vulnerable skin and reduce irritation.

Containing two antiseptics, benzalkonium chloride and cetrimide, Drapolene^® Derma Cream helps prevent the growth of bacteria which can cause the rash, and therefore reduces redness and irritation on the skin. These two antiseptics also prevent infection.

Drapolene^® Derma Cream also contains two moisturisers: white paraffin and lanolin, which moisturise and soothe the skin and form a protective barrier that prevents external irritants from reaching the skin.
