Drapolene^® Cream effectively prevents and treats nappy rash. It contains a unique antiseptic formulation of two antiseptics: benzalkonium chloride and cetrimide, which soothe and treat the rash, helping to stop the growth of bacteria which can cause the rash, and therefore reduces redness and irritation on the skin. These two antiseptics also prevent infection.

Drapolene^® Cream also contains two moisturisers: white paraffin and lanolin, which moisturise and soothe the skin and form a protective barrier that prevents external irritants from reaching the skin.
